Tuesday class
On one of the case studies I was unable to hear what the answer was to one of the questions. "What is the business value of XML to the organizations described in the case?" If you could answer that for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Sometimes it is hard for me to hear in the back but that's what I get for coming to class right on time...
Also I was curious, out of all the internet access links such as firefox, safari, internet explorer, etc., which onw would you say is the best? I had a IT professor once tell me that firefox is horrible...

ReplyDeleteGenerally, I log on to both IE and Firefox; I find that some days, one does better than the other one in retrieving web sites in terms of speed, etc.
Business value of XML: Instead of just LOOKING at a web page (all you can do with HTML), with XML you can write computer programs that grab the information on the web page and process it...
